We're not sure if there will be much to do for young people and if the weather will be prohibitively cold and rainy. Maybe Barcelona or Prague might be a better choice? Geneva is a bit posh, and the swiss not really a partying type... But hop over the border, to France... Take a look at the Mont Blanc... Grenoble (town of winter olimpicis) a university town with a good life. In the Alps there is still some snow in early March, so can have some skiing near by. And ... what can be more fun on a cold and rainy day than a hot spa ? Getting some relax after or before a night out ? We're arriving sometime in the first week of March, depending on when tickets are cheapest. We were thinking about flying to London, spending a couple of days there, and then flying to another city for 7 days or so. Would this be a good plan for Prague? If we decide on Barcelona, I think it'd be easiest to fly there directly; I've heard there is plenty to do for 10 days. | A few questions: 1. Is there enough to do in Prague for 7-10 days? Are there young people visiting? Would it make sense to spend a few days in London and then go to Prague? 2. For Barcelona - my friend doesn't like dance music. Will we be able to enjoy the nightlife without going to discos? Zurich is a big party city and you can find everyhing there. 7-10 days Geneva is too much and a shame, in 7 days you can travel around the beautiful Switzerland.
