hmm Anonymous Post Count: 1 Msg: #1 316 days ago, October 27th 2007 | What are the options to get from South to Central America? | As far as I know, there is no land road from Colombia to Panama? I've read there is ~90 km jungle gap and some unclear organizations are controlling the area in Colombia's side. I suppose flights are quiet expensive if compared to other options.. I would prefer inexpensive way to get to Panama (or other country nearby). Are there any means of water transport, for example, regular ferries? From Venezuela, Ecuador or Colombia? I have only been in San Blas myself, but I believe the entire trip to be amazing. Prices are around $275 for one-way (3 full days, all inclusive).
