Keep in mind that it could be pretty cold and the roads can be treacherous, especially through the mountains. That said, all Nat'l Parks are open year round, but services might be limited. It'll all depends on what you're interested in. If it's skiing/snowboarding, then Banff, Lake Louise, Fernie, and Whistler are but a few places to keep in mind (I've provided some links below).
