If you live in somewhat of an urban centre, there should be a discount airline agent or travel agency dealing especially with student airfare that would be able to help you. ie. Getting to Macedonia I beleive that the following link should do the work since it has roads, paytolls, airports, railway station as well as visa entry and custom regulations... If arriving with car or bus by roads maybe it would be the best to arrive from Serbia or Greece, because there is only highway from there, while from Bulgaria and Albania is just a 2 laned regional roads, with no highway status.
