Missyflip3 Melissa Barry Post Count: 1 Msg: #1 583 days ago, January 15th 2007 | Does anyone know the best way to get around in Southern Spain? more specifically, I need to get from Malaga (the airport) to Seville the quickest and cheapest way possible. I looked at train schedules, but they don't seem to be very direct. Plus, I don't speak spanish (although being fluent in french will hopefully help a little) so I want to have my route as planned out as possible before I get there. Advice anyone?? | Gus_Granada_Spain Jose Luis Esteban Post Count: 40 Msg: #2 580 days ago, January 18th 2007 | Malaga Airport-Malaga Bus Station (1€ 20min). At Malaga airport you can get the local bus right to the bus station. | Malaga-Seville (14,35 € 2h 45min). At the bus station you can get a bus to Sevilla. Bus company: Alsina-Graells. Its not exactly quick but right now it is the best option until the new high speed train starts operating by the end of 2007. At least the landscape is really nice :) Timetables: http://www.alsinagraells.es/agsur/in-03.html .... The best way to get around Andalucía (if you cannot afford to rent a car) is by bus. Alsina-Graells conects every city and town with lots of daily frequencies (every hour basicly). Check their site for more info. Maybe only the Sevilla-Granada or Seville-Cordoba routes are maybe better served by train. For the rest is better taking a bus. I mostly travelled by bus when in southern Spain and found them cheap and easy to use. | LincolnR Lincoln Ring Post Count: 27 Msg: #4 576 days ago, January 23rd 2007 | Have you checked out <snip> they have some great suggestons on cheap travel ideas around Spain. | [Edited: 13:53 - Jo Trouble - spam] dani d 1111 das Post Count: 1 Msg: #5 575 days ago, January 23rd 2007 | http://www.besteuholidays.com | The multitude of places that you cand visit and the beaches in Europe will offer you much satisfaction and unforgetable holidays.
