A man inspired to drink at many beer festivals in Europe.
Greetings. An idea hit me while reading Pete Browns (quite amazing) book 3 sheets to the wind. A road or possibly train trip across Europe visiting as many beer festivals as I can. I was wondering
a) if you think its possible to do in a summer and
2)do you know of any really good beer festivals that are really worth a visit for the bacchanalian minded?
Im hoping for some kind of european excursion next summer (depending on finance of course) and I think it would be an amazing trip if it was possible.
Reply to this The only one I actually know of is the Oktoberfest here in Munich, Germany. Easy to see I am not a big drinker. :D
There are also generally some copycat beer festivals around Germany on at the same time.
They are in Autumn time though, rather than Summer.
Reply to this there ae beer festivals everywhere all year round... just google it. most are smaller, but would suffice your appetite for beer and fest
