Do I need to take malaron each and every day for months? I am interested in this country as I have never been there, basically do not know nothing about Botswana. As for Africa, I have been only to Algeria, Senagal and Cape Verde so far, but never down south. Thanks a lot! Botswana have a big braii culture, among the white people at least, so there will be plenty of oportunities for great grilled food! They like chicken, seem to be the case in most of southern Africa, and they know how to prepare it. Buying chicken while stopping and waiting for a bus is well recomended. Nando's and KFC are the fast food places if you get an urge for junk food. =) | When it comes to transportation you should not worry. Busses goes between the major cities and are not costly at all. Peope are incredible friendly and willing to help you. This is also the only country where I have ever dared to hitch hike between towns. The road from Gabarone north to Francistown is great and most roads we traveled on are ok. Just one stretch betwen Nata and Kasane that is horrible, full of potholes. I am sure you will enjoy this marvelous country, and hope that you get the oportunity to visit the Okavango delta and Chobe National Park. Fantastic places! tswaka Motswaledi Ratlhako Post Count: 4 Msg: #4 19 weeks ago, August 23rd 2009 | I AM A MOTSWANA ASK ME WHAT U NEED TO KNW...ABOUT BOTSWANA RYT AWAY HEY.. | Number of Users: 4 | Number of Posts: 4 | ||||||||||||
