Where do you like to live?

Are you a countryside, city or village type? What do you like about living there?

I was about 150 miles south of Saskatuawn :) I know how empty that country is - but it is nice. I could never live in a city.

I live in the suburbs of Munich at the moment. It is a good location for me, because it is half way between the city centre and the airport, both of which interest me. There is a train connection from the airport to the city centre that also stops where I live. Living near the airport is great for early morning flights.

I like visiting the countryside and villages, but I think I like most to live in the city where good restaurants, cinemas, shops, cafes, night clubs..... are close by. I like to live in the centres of cities most, when it is not too expensive to do so.

Mel, when I visited Germany - so long ago, it was a suburb of Munich. I don't remember how to pronounce the name of the city, but I remember being told it meant something about black water.

Ok I was being stupid. It was not Munich I was saying by it was Neuenberg (sp?) Yesterday was one of those days and I was in a tizzy. I remember riding bike in the Black Forest.
