That would be the cheapest way. | hesterr Hester Post Count: 65 Msg: #3 238 days ago, March 16th 2009 | I'm guessing cheapest would be just going there and getting a bus ticket on the spot. If I remember correctly there are several bus companies serving this route, busses run every 2/3 days, and you can usually get a ticket on the sport. | Around San Pedro I would recommend the San Pedro-Uyuni 4 day tour. It's an incredible tour, really was the highlight of my trip. Around San Pedro there is lots to do, sand boarding, horsebackriding, bicycletours, watching the sky at night. Unfortunately I didn't do any of these things, so I can't recommend them to you (though I'm sure they are spectacular!), did see the local museum though, which was very impressive (in fact, now that I think of it, it was one of the best museums I've seen all across SA. Not necessarily because of it's size, but because it's one of the few museums that has decent translations, well organized. It just offers so much information. However, there are a couple of travel agencies which offer the route at a higher price if there are enough people interested. | mmceron Maria Marta Ceron Post Count: 1 Msg: #5 199 days ago, April 24th 2009 | i did it around 3 years ago.
