Is the same true in Indonesia? If you are staying in the one area for a few days, a cheaper option of buying water is, to go to the local super market and buy up big. Where are you landing in Indonesia and where are you planning on going? Would love to know. Have cancelled my trip for this year to stay home and pay off my debts and looking forward to a big trip next year from May 2010. Lack of bottled water wouldn't have prevented me going, but obviously its easier than boiling etc. | pPamela, I will be flying into Bali and heading eastwards through the Lesser Sundas (Nusatenggara) taking in Lombok, Sumbawa, Sumba, Komodo, Rinca, Flores and West Timor, then back to Bali and fly up to Manado and make my way down to Makassar (Ujung Padang). After Sulawesi I'm over to Malaysian Borneo and Brunei, then back to Bali and up through Java and Sumatra, ending up in Peninsula Malaysia, then a quick trip up through Thailand because my plane home leaves from Bangkok. I'd help you if I could. | bottled water are everywhere, you can even find it is small kiosk or shops on the streets or street vendors sell them too.
