ag73 Alan Post Count: 2 Msg: #1 319 days ago, January 21st 2009 | Hi, | I was thinking of going to El Nido on Palawan but decided that I don't want to take the bus from Puerto up to El Nido and back down again. SEAIR have stopped their service around Palawan and ITI is far too expensive. I'm now thinking of going to North Pandan Island, Midoro instead. I can catch a flight from Cebu up to Manila and then another flight onto San Jose. My main concern is the weather. I just read that between November and May, there are North East Monsoon winds. Do these affect Mindoro during this period? Thanks in advance for any info/advice.
