 The Griswolds The Carltons Post Count: 4 Msg: #1 379 days ago, November 1st 2008 | Hi. We have a two week itinerary doing Roatan, LaCeiba, SanPedroSulas, Copan Ruinas. We will take a couple of flights since we only have two weeks. Where we are having difficulty is finding a decent cost for a car and driver. We are paying to be picked up and driven to from San Pedso Sulas to Copan Ruinas where we stay for a few days. That was reasonable We are staying at the Hacienda San Lucas where they have been very helpful in booking things to do for us. The price we got so far for a car and driver from Copan Ruinas/Santa Rosa DeCopan/LaCeiba about an 8 hour driver is approx. $600usd. Does anyone have any places to call. This is really high considering the cost of the dollar there. What should it cost? We can get on the Hedman Alas coach in San Pedro Sulas for $17.00 to LaCeiba. I have other prices now and its considerably less than the original amount, so everything is good now.
