drrebel Rebel Palm Post Count: 1 Msg: #1 160 days ago, August 3rd 2008 | Is there a way to cross from Alaska across the Bering Strait to (I guess) Chutkotchiy (sp?), then on to Mongolia? What would be the best way to do that without joining a tour? say, traveling alone. And visas, what's the deal on visas doing that? It would probably be alot easier to arrange it via a travel agent, since you'll probably still need a letter of invitation.
