Where are the best places to surf?

I am trying to plan the ultimate surf vacation, any tips?

I have been trying to plan a surf vacation now for quite some time but I want to find the perfect beach. <snip> I want to go somewhere that doesnt have alot of tourism but some good waves to learn on.
