MO1969 Mohammed Qayed Post Count: 13 Msg: #1 464 days ago, July 29th 2008 | has anyone tried the fairy from Morocco to Spain and vice versa? I am planning to do so with my family in our next trip to Morocco. I would like to stay a week in Cordoba and be back to Morocco again. | If you have any useful information please let me know. I need to know for example, the rate for the fairy and the length of the trip, and many other things. Any information will be highly appreciated. barrygahan Barry Post Count: 150 Msg: #2 448 days ago, August 15th 2008 | I've travelled from Spain to Morocco by ferry, specifically from Tarifa to Tangier. The journey took about 45 minutes and it cost 24 Euro (this was in Mar 2005 so prices may have risen since). Tarifa is a nice town, well worth a few days stopover. | NADIA2007 nadia Post Count: 1 Msg: #3 441 days ago, August 22nd 2008 | I recommend you to go on a website of companies Low Cost as http: // CompagniesLowCost.free.fr. Alexander3487 Alexander Post Count: 2 Msg: #6 396 days ago, October 6th 2008 | I want to travel to Morocco for about 2 weeks, my trip will start in Spain, so I would like to know what's worth to see in Morocco and what should I avoid. Thanks. | barrygahan Barry Post Count: 150 Msg: #7 395 days ago, October 6th 2008 | My favourites places in Morocco were the desert and sand dunes at Erg Chebbi, the Atlas mountains especially Jebel Toubkal (North Africa's highest peak), the city of Fez, Dades Valley, Todra Gorge, Ait Benhaddou, Marrakech, the seaside town of Essaouira, Rabat, Meknes, Volubilis and Moulay Idris. I wasn't a huga fan of Tangier - it's the first place you'll see if you come by ferry from Spain. | Mohammed Merrouch Post Count: 4 Msg: #8 395 days ago, October 6th 2008 | Hello, there's no place you should avoid, except maybe Casablanca, the biggest town in the country.if you have two weeks there's Tangier,Asilah, fes and asilah in the north of the country which is completely different to the south.in the south Marrakesh and it surrounding. It always depense in what do like to see.ther's the costal area and the rif and atlas mountain and the desert....if any questions your welcome. | Alexander3487 Alexander Post Count: 2 Msg: #9 395 days ago, October 6th 2008 | Barry and Mohammed, thanks a lot for your advices... I just hope I can finally make it if plans don't chance. | Take care a lot, Alexander anonymous Post Count: 2 Msg: #10 339 days ago, December 1st 2008 | Does anybody knows about what are the recommendable areas to find a hotel/hostel in these cities?: Fes, Marrakesh, Tangier and Rabat. When you look on internet maybe you find a place that looks nice and has a good price but it is not located in "strategic" areas. I want to find something cheap and secure. Any recommendations for exact hotels? | Besides that, what are the temperatures I should expect in December and what kind of weather? Thanks for your help. Alexander Kristen8118 Kristen Holmes Post Count: 1 Msg: #11 336 days ago, December 4th 2008 | Could someone please tell me how best to get from Tangier to Fes, and then from Marrakesh to Tangier? | Also, what will the temperatures be like on the desert camel trek in late December/early January? Thanks for your help! Kristen barrygahan Barry Post Count: 150 Msg: #12 336 days ago, December 4th 2008 | There's a train from Tangier to Fes, it takes about 5 or 6 hours. Also another service between Marrakech and Tangier.
