The beach front properties we are looking at are exorbitantly priced. One beach house we were eyeing was price at Php115k a month for a large upper floor studio! And this price is for the Low Season Rate. Now is that fair? Admittedly the beach house is nice, but come on! We are moving to the island for the main purpose of recuperating. My doctor prescribed me to stop working for a time and avoid stress. And I quote, "If you don't stop working you will die." So I will be on a forced sabbatical and will try my best to get better. With that said, does anybody know of a beach front property or cliff side property we can lease for 6 months or more? We are keen on finding a beach house/villa/condo that house modern furniture, fixtures and appliances. Any ideas? Maybe you are a property owner or you have a friend who owns such a property in Boracay? Please help! We are running out of time.
