Hi,

I am spending a little less than a month in Argentina in July. I was wondering if anyone had any advice, things I must see, etc. I want to go to the Iguazu Falls, so i will definitely get my yellow fever vaccine. Is there any other advice anyone else can offer me?

Thanks,
Ratha

The north is most probably a good idea, since th soth can be a bit cold.
From Iguazu you can take a bus towards Jujuy and Salta and get to see the north west, best timo of the year for it.

Cheers, Nico.

I recommend the north west, especially Cafayate, Salta and the Quebrada de Humahuaca.

I am a fan of the south (Patagonia) but with all honesty....1 month is not enough time. So, if I were you....I would stay in the northern parts.....maybe go as south as Bariloche and Puerto Madryn. Those 2 places are great....Bariloche is touristy but I still loved it there. Stay at the 1004 Hostel if you go there....HIGHLY recommended. Puerto Madryn is worth a day and then cruise around the Valdes Peninsula (I stayed in Puerto Piramides instead of Puerto Madryn....very few tourists and quite cute and TONS of whale watching!). Mendoza and Salta are other highlights in Northern Argentina....and of course a good week in Buenos Aires...great city!
