ways to beat your jetleg...

I always take short naps the night before I leave (Put the alarm clock during my last night. ). Keep on doing that when I've arrived on my final destination until I've reached the proper 'bedtime'. Are there more ways to do it ?

Hello Louise :)

When I reach my final destination I stay awake until it is at least dark there. That is the only thing I do every time.

Change your watch to the time at your destination as soon as you get on the plane & try to change your habits to the time in the country you arrive in, i.e., eating and sleeping! :-)

Also do as Mell says above, this definitely works as you will be so exhausted by 10pm the night you arrive you should sleep through your jetlag!
