luvleigh leigh Post Count: 3 Msg: #1 138 days ago, May 27th 2008 | i'll arrive quite early 06.30 am in frankfurt next week. | i'll be picked up and stay at lohr that same day. thinking instead of going directly to lohr that morning, i'd take a short journey along the romantic road. is there any day trip / tour operator i could take from frankfurt airport to either wurzburg or rothenburg? i could so far only find tours departing from the main train station. also, if i do take this day trip, is there a luggage storage at the airport? where is the location and how much does it cost per day? thanks b4 :) natlix Natalia Post Count: 1 Msg: #2 106 days ago, June 27th 2008 | Hi! Look, I've never been there but I'm planning my trip to Europe and I've read some interesting stuff. I found out that there is a company, EuropaBus, that makes a daytrip along the Romantic Road. I think it departs from Frankfurt at 8 am, you can go as far as you want, and then go back or stay the night where you stop. The entire trip takes you to the south, to Fussen, near Munich. You'd arrive there at 8 pm. You can read about it here: https://www.romantischestrasse.de | If you need to get back to Frankfurt that same day, maybe you could just visit Wurzburg and Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
