I am showing this invention May 31 at the IngenuityExpo and would appreciate your feedback, and please vote if you like the idea. It's called the Flight Cradle and creates a comfy refuge for leaning forward and sleeping. Thanks for your consideration!

Hello Tom :)

It looks like a comfortable way to sleep, but I am not sure those tables on the planes are strong enough to lean that much weight on.

Thanks Mel. People lean on the tables all the time and the Flight Cradle concentrates the weight towards the back of the table where there is better support. It clips on the front edge so when you lean towards it, you are applying upward pressure to the front edge as well as downward pressure.
You can probably tell I am biased!

Looks like a good idea Tom.
Would it be good for tall people too or is there a height limit?
What does it weigh and does it fold up small for packing?

Folds approx 11x 7 x2" , less than a pound, and probably will be in sizes small to extra tall with a bit of adjustment in each size.

Sounds good. Gets my vote.
It would be really great if the actual airlines supply those for the passangers like they do with headphones and blankets....

Would it also be good for sleeping in other places, such as on a table in a cafe. I often find myself in an airport cafe all night because of an early morning flight.

Just enough room inside for a can of beer and a straw! Yes, a disposable or loaner with washable/disposable/recyclable/biodegradable would be a good option. Airline budgets are so tight they might want to sell these on board, just have to be light and small enough. The profit from one of these is a lot more than the profit from a can of beer, and the beer weighs more.
