Would a week in ONtario followed by a flight and a week in Vancouver be okay or could I do more? Hike, bike or hitch all seem great. If you are going sea kayaking check out the company we went with (Out For Adventure Wilderness Trip) located near Campbell River, BC. Also for accommodations the (if you are into something kind of nice), we stayed at the Coast Discovery Inn in Campbell River - it was quite nice and good location.
