El Calafate & the Perito Moreno Glacier in July

Hello everyone :)

I am planning a trip to this area in July 2008. Is El Calafate & the Perito Moreno Glacier an all year round attraction?
Does anybody know if accommodation and glacier tours will be available during the winter month of July?

It is not a god option, because the weather is really complicated at those months . The best times are in spring and autum. http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/jagrz/
