Seems in all cases, the easiest way is by JNB, Johannesburg. The best is to break you trip in 2 bookings. First, VFA or Livingstone...quiet cheap on www.ba.com. It's a subsidiary from British Airways. Than you have JNB to NBO..go to one of the big site to find what the comepition may have to offer. What ever you do, it won't be really cheap...
