We run a physio centre for disabled children and adults. We ahve a newly qualified Tanzanan physio full time but she needs volunteer physios and OT's to come and help and give her further training.

So, I learned the hard way that nowhere outside of Tanzania will exchange their currency for you. I just got back from Tanzania on Sunday and have 87,000 TSH. They are of no use for me and would be happy to give them to someone on the very cheap that is planning to go to Tanzania soon. I'm located in Chicago, IL...... if you have any interest please post a message/email me and we can figure something out. Cheers
