Switzerland and Berlin

We have been overseas for about 4 days now and it feels so much longer because our sleeping patterns are quite crazy.

I wanted to upload some pictures but cant because I am in an internet cafe and cant plug my camera in. Also I cant figure out where the apostrophe key is. So this entry will be rather grammarless.

We spent our first day in Kessell which is this tiny town of 900 people in Switzerland on Lake Konstanz and slept most of the day.

The next day we caught the train in to Zurich. Zurich is a very pretty city but it was sooooo expensive. We walked around the town for a while, hired bikes (they were free surprisingly enough) and rode around which was pretty cool. We went to the Switzerland History Museum as well. As our budgets couldnt take it anymore we then jumped on an overnight train to Berlin which took about 12 hours but we slept most of the way.

In Berlin it was raining, so that wasnt too fun. We found a hostel which was only 9 Euro a night, SCORE.

The rain cleared up and we ventured out in to Berlin which is such a beautiful city, we went to the Jewish Museum and then to the tallest tower in Berlin, but didnt end up going up it as it was dark by the time we got there.

We came back to the Hostel and found some other Aussies and had dinner and went on a Pub Crawl. Wednesday must be a slow night for Berlin, cos we were the only people in the pubs. At about 11 I left ains and the others and went back to the hostel and called it a night.

Which brings us to today. We are going to Checkpoint Charlie and the Berlin wall which should be pretty good, Ive wanted to see it for a long time.

Were leaving Berlin tomorrow for Paris, maybe there I can post up some photos, not sure.
