As promised by the met men, it was a lovely spring day, so after walking the dogs and cutting the grass, we took ourselves over to the wood again and continued the tidy up. A friend has been with a chain saw to cut branches and some trees for next winter's fuel. We are left with a lot of bits and pieces all over the place - some of which is useful to burn, some which is not very! We've spent a good few hours already this winter clearing up, but there are many hours work left. Its a lovely task on a nice day.
