It was a cold long weekend and all we wanted was to see the Cheese Rolling Competition, so we decided to go to Wales for the weekend and on the way back stop in Gloucesteshire, where the competition happens every year.
Wales is a beautiful country with it's beaches and quirky little villages and we had a great time.
It was very interesting, to say the least, to go horse riding on the beach. The horses were old and had a big lack of motivation and when we were told to take the horses into the water the poor things really didn't feel like being wet.
When we arrived at the Cheese rolling competition they had run out of cheese so Ant didn't feel it was worth to compete for no prize. It was a really bizarre and funny experience with us trying to climb up the mudy hill to have a better view and people rolling down just for the sake of it. It's definetely an unmissable event!
