I forgot my iPad @ dinner so I didn't get a picture of the bagpiper playing & reciting a poem (by Robert Burns in Old English) while presenting Haggis for dinner. Haggis is made when they turn a sheepskin stomach inside out; scald it & stuff it with lamb's organs. It sounds disgusting but it was actually kind of tasty.?
