Craibstone Estate is situated on the outskirts of Aberdeen. It offers the unique advantages of being close to the Airport and City Centre, combined with the tranquility and seclusion of a country estate. On-site facilities include: cafe/shop, lounge bar, multi-gym, and sauna.

60 en-suite rooms (with shower) are good sized single rooms but, we can provide up to 15 twins. All rooms have television with Freeview, tea/coffee making facilities, towels, desk, wardrobe, shelf space and Internet access (fee payable to internet service provider). The accommodation is over 3 floors and there is a lift. 3 ground floor rooms are wheelchair accessible. There is one large kitchen/dining area for every 10 bedrooms. Laundry facilities are available (washers/driers/irons/ironing boards). Craibstone Campus in Scotlands North East is set in 800 acres of glorious woodlands, providing a quiet and relaxing base where you can unwind by exploring it secluded grounds. Craibstone also holds a 2-3 star grading rating as awarded by the Scottish Tourist Board. In 2011 Craibstone achieved the Silver award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme for environmental management. 5 minutes from Aberdeen Airport and 5 miles from Aberdeen city centre; Craibstone allows easy access to the Granite City with its cultural, sporting, leisure and shopping amenities as well as Aberdeen beach (with its amusement park for family entertainment). Craibstone is well placed for touring much of the North East. Within an hours drive are: Fyvie Castle, Haddo House, Pitmedden Gardens, Glengarioch Distillery, Grampian Transport Museum, Royal Deeside, Crathes Castle and Gardens, Castle Fraser, Deans Shortbread Visitor Centre, Huntly Castle, Falconry Centre, Aberdeen Maritime Museum, Archaeolink Prehistoric Park, Whisky, Castle, Coastal trails. And there are golf courses galore! Our accommodation is self-catering, however continental breakfast can be provided on request. Accommodation is provided for individuals and families with ample parking. Pets are welcome dogs enjoy our woodlands. Office hours are Monday-Friday - 8.00am-5.00pm. Check-in time is between 2.00pm-5.00pm. Times out with this period may be acceptable with prior arrangement. Out with office hours, please call the duty Caretaker. Arrivals by 11.00pm at the latest - thank you. Guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure.
