Will and I
Belfast was an absolute blast...
Kyle called his Irish buddy Will and told him we were on the way to Belfast. The first night, we trekked through the drizzling rain until we hit a club nicknamed "The Bot", which must have been Irish for "If you're from Oklahoma and have long hair, go here and get an idea what it was like to be Mick Jagger in 1968." The place was packed like a parachute, and had a highly (and pleasantly) disproportionate female-to-male ratio.
We ended up hopping in a cab with a few Irish girls that we ran into outside the club, and then proceeded to wander through an open door into an apartment whose inhabitants thankfully thought we were cool enough to do so.
If fun lands in your lap that easily on the first night...then Belfast gets two thumbs up from me.

Kyle and I found a wine bottle special that kept us hydrated for a few days...but we had no wine cork. So we first tried to use a screw from the hostel's kitchen door...

it was a cheap cork, so we finally had to push it through

the "monkey-dance", demonstrating what we must have looked like trying to de-cork those bottles.

Me and Laura from cab ride...the "one that got away." Can you say OUCH? And she took my hat to boot.

We had a good chuckle at a George Bush-isms poster on the wall, and the guys *insisted* that we take it home with us.

Sadly, we left this poster in a cab...I think we got distracted after Kyle argued over 70p with the cabbie. His meter was off, so we just hopped out after riding a mile for free.

I practiced and got this one out in 24 seconds with a knife.
