Day 1: 25th July - Train to Heathrow
Fly to New York
Fly to Lima, Peru
Fly to Cusco, Peru
26th to 28th July: Aclimatising!!
29th July: Start our Overland Tour. 'Wilds of the Altiplano & Pantanal'
Week 1: 29th to 5th Aug.: Peru, Inca heartland.
Trecking the Inca trail plus community project.
Potentially white water rafting down the Urubamba river.
Week 2: 6th to 13th: Bolivia & Peru.
Lake Titicaca, La Paz & Potosi.
Week 3: 14th to 21st: Bolivia & Argentina.
Jeeps onto the salt flats & visiting the city of Salta.
Laura's birthday........21 again!!!
Week 4: 22nd to 29th: Argentina & Brazil.
Chaco desert crossing & Iguazu falls.
Week 5: 30th to 5th Sept: Brazil
Night wildlife safari in Brazilian Pantanal.
Laid back boot trips to nearby islands.
Tour ends in Rio.
6th to 8th: Rio.
Laura's relaxation time and Dave's thong time!!
Fly to New York via Sao Paulo.
9th to 11th: New York.
Shopping for shoes and lots of them.
Pick up the hire car.
11th to 12th: Drive to Niagara Falls.
12th: Check out the falls and set off to Chicago.
13th to 14th: Chicago.
See the city and take in a baseball game.
15th to 18th: The long haul to Yellowstone.
18th to 23rd: Arrive in Yellowstone and relax with Yogi & BooBoo!
23rd: Night on the road with stop off at Salt Lake City.
24th to 28th: Las Vagas here we come.
Day 1: Find our feet.
Day 2: Grand Canyon tour.
Days 3 & 4: Gamble, eat, gamble, drink, gamble, shop, gamble, drink, gamble, party, gamble, gamble.
28th to 29th: LA........;-(
Home time.
Arrive at Heathrow on the 30th Sept.

some helpful south american spanish (they speak portuguese in brazil so you're screwed there!):
No entiendo (I don't understand)

Donde esta el bano? (where's the toilet)
i forgot to give you my south american spanish book (they helpfully pronounce things difeerently to normal spanish!) but I'm sure you will manage! Have a wicked time, i'll email you some pics of babba ellis on his birthday!!!!
