workin 9 to 5.......

just a quick note to let you know that we're in london still and I'm now working at local pub 'The Leg of Mutton and Cauliflower' in Ashstead, Surrey. Cat is stacking records at Camdon, but unfortunately they do not have 'that old motown sound'. We are both pleased at how amusing our jobs sound. Cat started yesterday and I start on Monday. Hooray for gerbiloons.....and pounds.

keep an eye out for future updates, Australia Day plans are in the making. They will involve a Walkabout Pub, a BBQ and a high rotation of Khe Sahn and You're the Voice.....................ohhhhwoooohhwooohhh.




howzit. The records are certainly funky, but they are dance, not motown. Check out www.juno.co.uk, order something and I'll pack it for you and put it in the 'Rest of the World' box (Australia is not good enough to have its own box). Actually on second thoughts, if anyone actually wants records, tell me. I get 30% discount. And I can have it deducted straight out of my pay. Hurrah. Now if only I owned a record player......
In other news, can't wait til Bo starts work at LOMAC. I am planning on having a rather big night (no Mum, I'm not an alcoholic) and then crashing the night at her place.
