This was a great weekend, wet and wild.
We all headed off on the saturday night after work to Wetern Super Mare, passing by stone hendge for Cressie and Holly to see as this was their first sighting.
Arriving in very wet conditions and a very muddy field, with only 1 set of wellingtons I just new this weekend was going to be fun. Arriving at the field I throw my passangers out so I could try to glide over to the erected tent. Lanie,Fred & Vik had all erected eairler in the rain.
We try to hunt for wellys but up in the west country everything closes at nine, so Tesco carrier bags it was. (Classy)
The main aim of the first night was to gat hammered and DO NOT TOUCH THE SIDES. For anyone who has slept in a tent you will know that when you touch the sides all the rain comes inwards as we descovered quite early on in the night.
The funnyest thing about camping is people belive that their still behind double glazzed windows, some of the things we all herd were funny, and most of the things coming out of our
tent must have been quite comical. Cressie was on form as usaul!
The morning arrived and we all felt great (as if) motavation was not our strong point until we had all had tea. The camp site assurde us that the beach was only 30 minute away, but to our delight it was more like an hour.
Their were 3 stages and a bit of a dance section, the main stage was on the beach were all the main artist were. The sun finally came out for us so we had a boggie on for the rest of the afternoon check out the pictures.
