Silverstone 07 - Free Practice

Friday is the latest start of the weekend with us getting up at 6.30 in order to be at the track by 8.30 latstest, which we were. The pictures are taken at the last corner but we did sit at the first corner for the morning session. With the wind it was absolutely freezing. After spending the morning at the first corner my hands were numb and tingly for about an hour! A couple of brews later and I was ready to go again. This was the most interesting free practice I think I've ever watched. Everyone was really pushing and the times were really fast so the drivers were obviously trying to find the speed to get pole. Also managed a few good pictures of the new McLaren motorhome, which is pretty impressive. A great start to the weekend in spite of the cold!
