ouch

so. I'm in london. not a lot really changes. word on the street is that this web blog is becoming slighty monotonous due that the fact that we arent actually going anywhere or doing anything. sorry, but theres nothing I can do about it. but i have had some adventures in london of late.
yesterday I meet up with Beavy and we went to the tower of london. it was cool. actually it was the other one, goddamn cold. so very very cold. Beavy has sworn never to complain about the heat in oz again. we looked around the tower, saw all the weapons, saw a suit of armour with the biggest codpiece ever imaginable and then spent atleast half an hour trying to figure out how to get up on a walk way thing. Then we went for tea and scones. Theres photos of all of this that I'll put up at a later day.

Yesterday we meet up with grim and went to a ye olde english pub for a ye olde english lunch. (Grim had a ye olde poofter meal to put it nicely). I love scampi. I hate fish, but I love scampi. Then I went back to grims for tea and drinkies before we went out for dinner with all his friends. Then we went to some pub that had the best toilets ever. seriously, it was like a library or something. i cant really remember it but it was great! The night ended at the glorious 'nightclub' that is Chicagos. Truely spectacular. I'm considering mentioning it to lonely planet as a definate tourist attraction (read this as it is probably very similar to somewhere like Puggs). Somehow we left the club at 2:30 but didnt arrive home till 4:30. we did walk a long way home, but im sure i didnt take 2 hours. someone stole atleast an hour of my life, damn them. my feet hurt.
But we got very drunk to celebrate that grim was leaving. I feel very sorry for him, having to fly, especially if he feels anywhere near as bad as I do today. It was rather strange saying goodbye to grim from england..... its still messing with my head. maybe thats just the hang over.
Bo is still alive and well, working hard and stupid hours at the leg from all reports. thats about it from me for now methinks.- i have to go to asda (OUCH) and buy some work clothes. ouch ouch ouch. i hate asda.

stay away from electrons of the same charge. they hate eachother. fights are sure to break out.

ps this photo is incredibly random, randie just sent me a whole heap from rowing day last year - the day where we got up and did a performance on the stage at the sidney myer music bowl. such good memories.
