Cupid in London
Here is an artsy picture I took of the Cupid on top of the fountain at Piccadilly Circus.
What's new? Well I have been working hard day in and day out. Its becoming very routine at work. I am really looking forward to taking on more responsibility. Today I worked and it was a holiday, so I will get an extra vacation day to use whenever I want. I spent it much like I did the last one I worked; surfing the net and occasionally doing work.
I went and saw a play called God of Carnage starring Ralph Fiennes. For those of you who don't know who he is, he plays Lord Voldemort in the Harry Potter Movies. We got a chance to meet him after the show. He is a really nice guy, but seems uncomfortable with his fame.
I am attaching pictures from my trip with Amanda to Sorrento (see last post for details) as well as a few extra from London.

Silent Giant
There is a picture from Pompei with Mt. Vesuvius in the distance. It's still active and people still live on the side of it.
Pillars of time
It really is amazing how much of Pompei has been preserved. Here for foundations of a line of columns
I See Dead People
These were creepy. You could actually see the facial expressions on some of the death castes.

it's so weird to see pics from places i've been it! i recognized that brothel bench...lol, not from personal experience though...
