The area marked with crowns on top of lights and posts indicates the area where the money earned by the shops goes to the Royal Family (or something like that)

I didn't realize it was so large. We weren't able to enter because they have Church services on Sunday, so we'll go tomorrow (although we could have attended for Protestant Mass, we're not Protestant).
