Forceback!

The weekend was spent playing forceback (rugby ball kicks for those who don't know the game) down at the local park. We played a good few hours on both Saturday and Sunday. The weather was awesome for both days and has in the main been really hot lately. The teams were the boys Richard and I, against the girls Emily, Lisa and Andre. Andre looked good in his skirt and floral hat. They ended up beating us, despite some super plays by Richard including a massive diving catch to keep us in the game. In the end we could blame the fact that we were playing into the wind, but realistically it was probably the fact that after about 2 minutes we were knackered. I've vowed to go for some runs before the cricket season to get myself fit.

Fitness is one thing, nutrition is another, therefore I went for my third meal of Chinese in a week on Saturday night before heading out for beers in Bermondsey.
