Henry's Beatles Adventure at the O2

4000 school children from across the country came together to sing at a performance to mark the life of the Beatles and raise money for charity "Voices for a Better World". After months of practicing Henry and c30 of his Slade schoolmates joined the fun at the O2 Arena in London.

Itinery

- Left school at 11AM for O2 Arena on coach
- Had lunch outside the arena
- Perfomance practice with everyone for a few hours
- Had supper
- 6.30 warm including a new world record for the most people attending a music lesson.
- 7.30 performance started
- 10.45 collected from concourse by mummy and daddy

"It was really fun to sing with so many other people. I liked the fact that it was really loud and basically it was really cool because of all of the lights and the orchestra. The dancing was amazing too. My best bits were doing a mexican wave, the robotic dancers, singing Hey Dude and being at such an amazing place"
