So long, farewell

So, i'm on the plane less than an hour from london. It's all happening. My long awaited Europe trip!!! I'm already dreading the weather of 18-20c, brrrr...

It hasnt really hit me yet where im going. its all quite bitter sweet. I've left thailand (OMG!! They just told us 9c in london!!! ARRGGHHHHH!!) but thailand was my home for the last 5 months and its sad to put that part of my life behind me. I dont think i will miss it alot on my travels but when i get home, back to adelaide, it will hit me. So here it begins, the trip of my life thus far! Bring on the sights, people. weather, experiences and expenses!!!! HOORAH!

So once we arrived into london heathrow (its a little dated for an airport...) nigels sister sally picked us up and took us back to her place to shower and eat. She lives in Surbiton, a nice neighbourhood i must say. We then made our own way into london town and may have got a little lost... its all aprt of travelling right??? Once we found the astor museum hostel (across from the british museum) we wondered around, they boys had theyre first warm beers too :P Since the day was coming to an end, we decided to got to the british museum which was quite spectacular! By the end of the day we were all exhausted, i was in bed at 9.

BTW it doesnt get dark till 10pm here and it gets lite at 4am, CRAZY!!!!???
