March 2nd 2007My Dad came to visit, and our first trip was to Durham. It was a really cute city, with cobblestone winding streets. 😊 Sadly, the castle was closed to the public that day, but we were able to go into the Cathedral, and it was gorgeous! I also found out that it is where some of Harry Potter was taped 😊 yay! lol.

wow!!! it looks so gorgeous. haven't seen a castle quite like this myself--no wonder you like them so much! i really like the picture of the crosses surrounding it as well---c'est incroyable!! :)
