Well, hello....
Good morning chaps, for it is I, returned. I'm currently in Bristol International Airport (a cowshed currently covered in a vicious layer of frost), awaiting to board my flight. Now which particular part of the world is about to have me unleashed upon it? Which lucky place will have the joy of my company, utterly useless observations and roguish charm?
Well...er...Italy again. But this time I'm flying to Rome - the boarding doesn't start for another hour and a quarter and I'm already bored - already I have eaten the quiche and sandwich given by mother dearest to last me the day, although I have been prudent and frugal enough to save the penguin chocolate bars (yes, there are two, no I'm not greedy).
So, here's a brief itiniary (I have no idea how to spell that word, and after a whole minute trying various combinations, I give up) of the next few days:
9th - 11th: Rome (I land at around half four this afternoon, I'm then staying in a hostel, something I've never done, so rather exciting, what what)
then
11th-14th: Venice (Jesolo really, I'm taking a train from Rome, which should be rather good fun)
14th-17th: Cologne (Bornheim, really, I'm being a bit more traditional and flying from Venice)
Then home.
So, a new adventure, I will report back with words, a.s.a.p.
Ciao amici,
Monty
