Okay so this just happened but: I woke up early this morning. I go into the kitchen and do toast for breakfast. Johan comes in, has breakfast, we watch TV. He left to go to school. We flew into Copenhagen early Sunday afternoon and immediately got passage for a 30-minute train ride across the Oresund into Sweden. This is a narrow strait of water connecting the North Sea to the Baltic. So on Monday I was in Paris, and Friday up in Stockholm, after going through Belgium, Holland and Germany. After being in Bergen we took another long haul travel in train to stockholm, it's amazing how you feel the difference between different countries even that they share some culture, arriving to Stockholm station I now felt like in a big city, in Norway you feel a lot more like in a country side, more calm and easy, in stockholm to can feel the city style, more diversity, people in the street at night having fun, less courious with foreigners like us, a little more reserved, and If you're a frequent reader our first activity was looking for our hostel. Hello !hej hej! Well , Stockholm,Sweden was a blast, especially Dyvik. It's a small place outside of Stockholm, where a lot of Swedes have summer haus(houses). We actually have friends in Stockholm which makes the trip a whole lot better. They were lovely Lisa and Malin, whom we met in NZ.So they were our tourist guides and chefs, haha! Our first stop there was to the Royal Palace in Stockholm, very nice place open to the public, then we off to Dyvik, which is where Lisa's family has a haus(house). Phew! Yes, it's Easter Sunday. And let me tell you, it was an interesting Easter for me. Probably the first one that I didn't go to church. I thought about attending the services here, but I would not have understood a word. Anyhow, so yesterday Mia came and got me and we went to her house. It's the cutest. It's a duplex.
