G'day, yep it's true, you can surf in Sweden!

I was out last friday night having a couple of beer's with an Irish guy who has just started at my work, After about my sixth beer i got a msg from a mate inviting me to go surfing on Sunday. I woke Saturday morning feeling a little dodgy, but had the day to recover before going to work at 9pm, I worked till 3:30am and was picked up at 4 to go to Torö, the surf spot, I did'nt get any sleep during the 2hr drive, but we were greeted to fun sholder high waves and it got better as the day went on.
The strange things about surfing there was, there's no tide on the Boltic sea, weard! and the water is like a lake, mostly fresh water, not much salt at all, nice on the eyes!
We surfed all day, the sun came out in the arvo, it was the perfect day, aparently it was about a 8/10 day for that spot so we were real lucky! I got home sunday night after being awake for 48hrs working all night and surfing all day, i think it's the most tired i've been in my life.
We went back there yesterday, but was not as good, but still fun, and 22 deg and sunny! we may be going again on Sunday!

Emma and I are going to Goteborg today, going to a fun park and visiting some mates, i also just recived and email from Jordan Strang, he is living there, so hopefully meet up with him also!

I have an interview for a concreting job next week, fingers crossed! and im starting swedish lessions soon as well.
Life it good, hope your all well!

Cheers,
Davy.
