3 months - 10,000 miles - 20 countries - back in Sweden

We are back in Sweden after 3 months on the road. We have driven over 10,000 miles and explored 20 countries. Wow - We cant believe we have been in Europe for almost 5 months already and are flying back to Oregon in 10 days. It is a bitter sweet feeling!!!!

We both agree we could have spent at least another couple months (or longer) living in the Blue Betty. We are currently in denial that we have to leave her in Sweden. We checked into shipping her home to the US, it was cheaper than we thought, but still not practical.

We have had great weather for most of our trip. Now all the beautiful colors of fall are around us but it is cold. It is very beautiful but there goes our tans. I think it will be a little warmer at home so that will feel good.

We arrive in Seattle on the 26th and will drive back to Sisters on the 27th. My mother and Jazmine are picking us up and we are really excited to see them. Jan is prepared for the flight home and will not have any problems. We are on different flights and he actually will arrive before me (lucky guy).
