Tuesday, 24 August, 2010 - Barcelona There's now only the four Russell-ites left, Stephen, Sue, Kathy and myself. Although we are up reasonably early we take our time, have breakfast and walk to the train station. It's a 30-40 minute train ride into Placa Catalunya in the city. This is pretty much all about ME. I am away from June 26 through to November 19 and visit Bangkok, England, France, Spain, Morroco, France England, India on my travels. Harrison, our son is with me for the first three weeks and then Caroline joins me for a month. The rest of the time, I am traveling on my own or with friends. I'm sure that I will be ready to go home by November 19........ full info

Love Barcelona
arrhhh Barcelona, such a great city. We have all the same photos of course - La Rambla, the market, Gaudi, tapas and the people. Cant wait for another visit one day.

Kevin, your time in Barcelona brought back many memories of my time there in the early nineties. On one occasion my bodyguard/media advisor was robbed in Las Ramblas around 2.00am but I caught the thief after a lengthy pursuit - used to be fit! Best restaurant I found was Los Caracoles in the Ramblas. Regards, Bill.
