Splendid views over the Aridane Valley volcano mountain burnt in the foreground (its eruption took place at the end of 15th century). The first autumn rains alfombran the surroundings with striking volcanic pyroclastic tapestries of microscopic plants. The ghostly fog effects justify the popular name of witches plain.
