OK
So lots of things to say about this place.
One is that I have barely been here even though I arrived on Saturday in the Afternoon.
Well first, the train was really uncomfortable and the plan to stay up all night so that I would sleep through the train trip was not so well thought out. That and the train stoping in Malaga for 30 minutes with no power, turned into some kind of super oven. Other than that though I went in and out of sleeping and watching the countryside from my window. You can feel Don Quixote here much more than in Catalonia.
So I arrived in Seville and Sole was there as planned.
The first thing we did was go and visit her sister Laura at here work. And well that was awesome because I got a bunch of free beer and food just for being a friend! I had met Laura a few times when she was visiting Sole in Barcelona.
So after this free beer and food we went back to Sole´s place (and Laura´s and her boyfriend Hameid) and drank lots of water and sat out on the terrace (in Seville you basically
never stop drinking water...40C and up makes this a fact of life).
And then at about 12:30am I am just about ready to go to bed when I am informed that we are going to the beach, and I think, oh actually a midnight swim wouldn´t be that bad of an idea. And since it is night time, why bring a camera? Anyways, it ends up that we are driving Hameids mom to the airport in Malaga and then going to a beach nearby. In total 4 hours of driving (and on and off sleep...again) before arriving at the beach at 7am. The beach was really nice for swimming. Christian (the driver and cool Columbian) and Hameid both had dogs which were a source of never ending entertainment.
Then we drove back to Sevilla, where i again slept on and off in the car.
When we arrived back I was a little bit nice and sunburnt.
I passed out on a couch and awoke at 11 in the morning today.
Wow, so i guess i won´t be leaving Sevilla today, maybe tomorrow.
Though I have heard murmurs of the possibility that Sole has something more planned...Will I ever get to
Morocco?
