Oh..you know...just another day.....hanging out by the beach....
Marbella!!!!! Its the kind of place you dream of for your honeymoon.... All inclusive resort and spa....a pink hotel, a master bedroom suite with huge closets, T.V and a full mini bar..... oh my goodness!!!! It was soooo fantastic. My veiw was incredible. That night with the balcony door open, the ocean waves lulled me to sleep.....It was one of the best sleeps of my LIFE!!!!!

From Cadiz, it took three hours on bus. We left around 6 in the morning to make best use of our time in Marbella. Apparently, this beach on the Andulusian coast is a hot spot for many celebrities... i can never get away form the L.A life....crazy....anyway.... Sean Connery..."grasthisis"...has a house out here......Puff Daddy and his entourage is seen out on his yacht, Beyonce and Jay-Z have gotten it on by the Marriot... lots of good stuff.... mucho dinero.... but....because katie works for the Marriot, we were able to get a 400 Euro room for less than 25 euors each.... AMAZING!!!!!!!

We swam.... then slept...then swam by the pool..then slept...then....we walked to the beach...slept out there....then decided to go to the pool again...to sleep.... It was the PERFECT day!!!

There is so

We stayed here for a night..... the pool in hidden below...
much Moorish influence...with the blue and yellow titles and the fountains named after virgins.... great culture. We walked up and down the "old town" and bargined the gypsies for a better price of jewelery..... Later in the evening....instead of going to the bars and speading too much money...we wanted to keep up with our cheap holiday theme....we walked into the very familiar OPEN -COR...its like a small version of safeway grocery store....Theres one in almost evey neighborhood.... and we wanted to buy a bottle of wine... it wasn't too late...around 10:30....but...............they refused to sell it to us. What??

Yeah, apparently, it is against the law to sell any alcholic beverages after 10 on any given night in Marbella..... weird.... but i think that because of the tourists...they wanted to ensure people go out to bars to drink...and spend more money that way..... sneaky monkies!!!

Well, we went back to our hotel....and ended up dancing the Merenge with some of the hotel guests....which by the way....all the guests were over the age of 60...it wasn't exactly the most lively crowd..but there were a few who really knew how to move with their walkers..... pretty amazing actually........then retreated to our

Ahhhh!!!!! Need I say more? ;)
rooms around 1, off to a blissfull sleep....

I absolutely loved Marbella! It was very similar to Barcelona....with the culture...but the beaches were long and stretched out like California...but it was just as beautiful if not more, than Hawaii...it has everything I adore.....even a little bit of the diva lifestyle....hehe....
