Granada is the capital of the province with the same name, situated in the eastern part of the region of Andalusia. The city of Granada is located at the foot of the sierra Nevada mountains at the confluences of the Darro and Genil rivers.
In the late Middle Ages, the Moors sought to create their own version of paradise on Earth at a place they called the Alhambra in what is now Granada, Spain.

We can recmmend a great tapas bar: "Taberna Macande" calle Elvira 18 (street) (plate of free tapas, when you buy a beer).
